Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for showroom, service, sales, and support functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department managers and business heads.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status updates.
- Prepare and release offer/appointment letters as per company process.
- Coordinate joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Maintain the candidate database and recruitment records.
- Support bulk hiring and walk-in drives when required.
- Coordinate background verification and reference checks.
- Ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates.
- Work closely with business teams to understand manpower requirements.
- Maintain good candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
