Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate and employee databases.
- Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Monitor intern performance, attendance, and reporting records.
- Help in organizing training sessions, feedback collection, and performance tracking.
- Support HR policy documentation and compliance related tasks.
- Provide end-to-end assistance in HR-related projects and operational activities.
