Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Operations Executive to manage day-to-day supply chain activities, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure smooth movement of products from suppliers to customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily supply chain and logistics operations.
• Monitor order processing, inventory, dispatch, and delivery activities.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, transport, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and delivery delays.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and MIS.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and safety standards.
• Support process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory, and Operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• EducationGraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply.
• Preferred CandidatesCandidates with experience in e-commerce, logistics, warehouse, supply chain, or operations will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
