Job Description
Operate VMC machines safely and efficiently as per production requirements.
Load and unload raw materials, fixtures, and finished components.
Perform basic machine setting, job setting, and tool changing.
Set and adjust tool offsets, work offsets, and wear offsets.
Read and understand engineering drawings, job cards, and process sheets.
Understand basic G-code and M-code.
Select suitable cutting tools, holders, and machining parameters.
Monitor machining operations and make necessary adjustments.
