Job Title: AccountantEmployment Type: Full-time
Job Brief
We are looking for a reliable Accountant to manage our daily financial tasks. You will keep our financial records accurate, track tracking payments, and help prepare monthly financial reports.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Bookkeeping: Enter and update daily financial transactions in our accounting software.
Account Reconciliation: Match bank statements with our internal financial records to find and fix errors.
Invoicing & Bills: Process incoming vendor invoices and send out customer bills on time.Financial Reporting: Help prepare basic monthly and quarterly financial statements.
Tax Support: Assist with monthly tax filings and help prepare data for year-end tax returns.
RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience: 1–3 years of experience working in an office accounting role.
Software: Good working knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software.
Skills: Strong basic math skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Traits: Great attention to detail, highly organized, and honest with sensitive data.
