WE ARE HIRING – FEMALE BACK OFFICE EXECUTIVE
Company: Balaji Buttons
Location: Rajajinagar, Bangalore
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a responsible and well-organised female candidate to manage back-office operations and client payment follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calling clients for pending payment follow-up
• Maintaining client, order and payment data
• Taking daily reports from the sales team
• Updating outstanding payment and commitment reports
• Coordinating with sales, accounts and dispatch teams
• Preparing and sharing daily management reports
• Handling WhatsApp, email and basic office documentation
Required Skills:
• Good communication in hindi english kannada
• Basic English communication
• Knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Web and email
• Polite but confident client-handling skills
• Responsible, punctual and detail-oriented
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Salary: ₹16,000–₹20,000 per month, based on experience
Joining: Immediate
