Job Description
Business Development Executive –
Role: Identify new opportunities, generate leads, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities: · Prospect and generate leads via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking · Build and maintain strong client relationships · Conduct presentations, demos, and client meetings · Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales · Track all activities in CRM and meet/exceed monthly targets
Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred for senior roles) · 6months to 2 years experience (entry to mid-level) · Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills · Self-motivated, target-driven, and CRM-proficient Compensation: Base salary + incentives/commission (varies by experience)
