Job Description
We are looking for someone with:
- 8 – 10 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 4–6 years in EdTech, professional skilling, higher education or technology training.
- Strong experience managing Inside Sales / D2C Sales / Admissions teams.
- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue targets.
- Experience handling high-ticket professional programs will be preferred.
- Understanding of programs such as AI, Data Science, Cybersecurity and emerging technologies.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, sales funnels, conversion metrics and performance management.
- Experience working closely with digital/performance-marketing teams.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into business decisions.
- Strong team-management and coaching capability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-growing environment.
