Responsibilities: Call Centre II Customer Support


Candidate needs to have Good Conversational Skills in English with Hindi & Kannada Mandate


• Manage inbound and outbound calls promptly

• Clarify information and guide customer to complete the process of their application

• Record details of customer interactions

• Preferably candidates with Good communication skills in English with the above languages
