Job Description
Supervise and manage day-to-day residential construction site activities.
Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and project teams.
Monitor material requirements, manpower, work progress, and site schedules.
Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure proper execution of civil and finishing works.
Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain proper site documentation.
Identify and resolve site issues while ensuring safety and timely project completion.
