Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor / Foreman with 10+ years of experience to supervise and manage day-to-day civil and finishing activities at project sites. The candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of construction work, manpower handling, contractor coordination and quality supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily civil and finishing activities at the project site.

Coordinate and allocate work to workers, subcontractors and site teams.

Supervise activities such as block work, brickwork, plastering, flooring, tiling, waterproofing, painting and other finishing works.

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.

Read and understand basic architectural and civil drawings.

Check line, level, alignment, dimensions and workmanship of completed work.

Monitor daily manpower and ensure optimum utilization of workers.

Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers for daily work planning.

Ensure availability of required materials, tools and equipment at the work location.

Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.

Coordinate with subcontractors and resolve day-to-day site issues.

Ensure proper quality of workmanship and immediately rectify defects.

Monitor material usage and minimize unnecessary wastage.

Maintain daily work and manpower reports.

Support engineers during site measurements and quantity verification.

Coordinate with MEP teams wherever required to avoid clashes with civil and finishing works.

Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at the site.

Follow all company and project safety procedures and guidelines.

Assist in snag rectification and project handover activities.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.

10+ years of relevant experience in civil construction/site supervision.

Experience in residential, commercial or interior fit-out projects will be preferred.
