Job Description
Position: Relationship Executive
Company: SBI
Eligibility:
- Freshers: Age 21–30 years
- Experienced Candidates: Age 21–35 years
- Education: 12th Pass / Any Degree / B.Tech
Salary:
Freshers:
- ₹24,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Performance incentives up to ₹20,000/month
Experienced Candidates:
- ₹26,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Performance incentives up to ₹25,000/month
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and explain SBI financial products to customers.
- Acquire new customers and build strong client relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
- Maintain customer records and ensure quality service.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding.
- Skills RequiredGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic sales and customer handling abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
