ATHER – Voice ProcessPosition: Voice Process Executive(Only Work from Office )
Job Overview - We are looking for confident and customer-focused candidates to join the ATHER Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English along with any two regional languages.
- Eligibility CriteriaGraduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
- Hiring ratio: 50% Freshers & 50% Experienced Candidates
- Good communication skills are mandatory.
- Proficiency in English + any two regional languages is required.
- Candidates should have a customer-friendly attitude and good interpersonal skills.
- SalaryCTC: ₹23,000 per month
- Take Home: ₹22,500 per month
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate information or solutions.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-focused approach.
- Follow the defined process guidelines and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions when required.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.
- Meet assigned performance and productivity targets.
- Preferred SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills.
- Good command of English and two regional languages.
- Active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic computer knowledge.
