Role: Customer Support Executive

Location: Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore

Shift: 10:00 AM- 7:00 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a customer-centric, energetic, and solution-oriented individual to join our Customer Support team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a smooth, delightful experience with Vaaree across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

● Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social platforms.

● Provide accurate information related to orders, deliveries, returns, and products.

● Coordinate with internal teams (operations, merchandising, logistics) for quick issue resolution.

● Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely responses.

Requirements:

● 1–5 years of experience in customer support (e-commerce/ D2C Experience preferred).

● Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

● Empathy, patience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

● Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with CRM tools.
