Job Description

Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 0–2 years

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while speaking with customers.
  • Update customer records and maintain call/ticket information.
  • Follow up on unresolved customer issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
  • Complete call logs and reports.

Skills required:

  • Excellent English and Hindi communication.
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-handling and problem-solving ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to handle multiple calls/tasks.
