✨ Job Summary: Proprty.Io is hiring a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to manage online marketing activities, generate real estate leads, handle social media platforms, and promote properties through digital channels. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in digital or social media marketing, with practical knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, and online property promotion.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

📱 Manage the company's social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business.

🎨 Create and publish property advertisements, reels, banners, creatives, and other marketing content.

🏠 Promote residential and commercial properties through digital marketing channels.

🎯 Generate buyer and tenant leads through digital campaigns and online promotions.

🌐 Manage and update property listings on portals such as MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing, and other relevant platforms.

💰 Plan, run, monitor, and optimize Facebook & Google Ads campaigns.

📊 Track campaign performance, leads, engagement, and advertising results.

🤝 Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups, campaign updates, and customer requirements.

📋 Maintain an updated database of digital leads and prepare regular marketing reports.

📈 Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, campaign performance, and online visibility.

🔍 Monitor current social media trends and implement relevant marketing ideas.

🏢 Strengthen the company's real estate brand presence across digital platforms.

🎯 Work toward assigned lead-generation, campaign, and marketing performance targets.

📌 Requirements:

💻 Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and MS Office.

🗣️ Good communication and coordination skills.

🎨 Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.

🏠 Prior experience in real estate marketing will be an added advantage.

💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month, as per experience & skill

🎯 Incentive: ₹25,000+ based on performance
