E-commerce Vendor Operations Executive

About the Role

TrendyWorx is looking for detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-commerce Vendor Operations Executives to support our vendor management operations. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable working on computers, have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office applications, and can efficiently handle data.

Prior e-commerce experience is not mandatory. We will provide training on managing customer portals and e-commerce platforms. However, candidates should be quick learners and confident using laptops and business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors regarding product listings, inventory updates, and order-related activities.
• Upload, update, and maintain product information on customer/e-commerce portals.
• Prepare, clean, verify, and organize vendor data before uploads.
• Handle Excel files containing product and inventory information.
• Generate reports and maintain accurate operational records.
• Download, upload, organize, and share files using Google Drive and Microsoft Office applications.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure data accuracy while handling large product catalogs.
• Maintain proper documentation using Word, Excel, PDFs, and shared folders.

Required Skills

• Excellent computer and laptop operating skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including:
• Sorting and Filtering
• Removing Duplicates
• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP (basic level)
• Basic formulas
• Data formatting
• Working with large spreadsheets
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PDF handling, and file management.
• Comfortable using Google Drive for uploading, downloading, organizing, and sharing files.
• Good typing speed and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of work experience in operations, data entry, back-office, vendor coordination, administration, or e-commerce.
• Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, or similar seller/customer portals is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Experience in data cleaning, catalog uploads, inventory updates, or handling vendor/product data will be preferred.
