Job Description:

As a Technician at Zypp Electric, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the maintenance and repair of our electric scooters. We are seeking individuals with a strong background in scooter and motorcycle repair, along with the ability to adapt to the dynamic environment of electric mobility.

Responsibilities:

Scooter and Motorcycle Repair:

Demonstrate a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in repairing scooters and motorcycles.

Perform thorough diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on electric scooters to ensure optimal performance.

Digital Communication Skills:

Proficient in filling out Google forms for documentation purposes.

Capable of effective communication through WhatsApp for quick updates and responses.

Electric Scooter Expertise:

Have a strong understanding of electric scooters, including their components and systems.

Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in electric scooter technology.

Invoice Management:

Ensure accurate and complete filling of rider invoices after providing service.

Maintain proper records of services rendered and parts used during repairs.

Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of experience in repairing scooters and motorcycles.

Familiarity with electric scooters and their unique components.

Proficient in using digital platforms, including filling out Google forms and responding via WhatsApp.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
