Job Description: FRM PIA Auditing

Location: Bangalore

Position Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹18,500 to ₹19000 per month

Petrol Allowance: ₹100 per day

Incentives: Up to ₹1500

Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced FRM PIA Auditor to join our team. This role involves traveling to different locations to conduct on-site audits of work completed by our Field Relationship Managers (FRMs) and ensuring adherence to established standards and guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities:

● Field Auditing: Conduct on-site visits to meet with Field Relationship Managers (FRMs) and customers based on business requirements. Review and audit FRM PIA (Process Improvement Adherence) work to ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines.

● Collaboration with FRMs: Work closely with FRMs to understand customer needs, address any concerns, and provide feedback and support during field visits. Ensure quality of work and improvements where necessary.

● Data Collection & Reporting: Collect relevant information, feedback, and data during field visits. Provide detailed reports on audit findings, highlighting discrepancies and areas of improvement, and submit them on time and in the required format.

● Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all audits, processes, and interactions comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in audit records.
