Job Description
We are expanding our core team at Soukhya to scale our online sales and elevate the visual positioning of our Ayurvedic product line. We are currently looking for driven, high-caliber professionals to join our Bengaluru office.
1. Graphic Designer (Creative & Visual Branding) 0 - 3+ Years Exp (Freshers Welcome)
We need a creative professional to handle the visual execution of our brand. You will translate our strategic positioning into clean, premium, and high-converting visual assets.
Experience: Freshers to 3+ Years of experience.
Requirements: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand design, product packaging aesthetics, or digital ad creatives.
2. Performance Marketer (D2C Growth)
2+ Years Exp
We are looking for a data-driven marketer to take ownership of our online revenue growth. You will focus heavily on strategy, campaign scaling, and customer acquisition.
Experience: 2+ Years
Mandatory Requirement: You must have direct experience in D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) or product-based online sales. Profiles without product marketing experience will not be considered.

Place of Work: Soukhya Robotic Ortho Care 453, Between 6th & 7th Cross, Sampige Rd, opp. to R R Gold Palace, Sangeetha Apts, Malleshwaram, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560003.
(100% Work from Office)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Compensation: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month (Commensurate with experience and portfolio).
