🧑‍⚕️ Position: Hair Transplantation Assistant TechnicianEducational QualificationMust hold B.Sc. Nursing or GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) certification from a recognized institution.

• Valid registration with State Nursing Council.
• Core Skills & ResponsibilitiesDHI Needle Method and Implanter Pen Method proficiency for graft implantation.
• Assist surgeon in FUE extraction and implantation procedures.
• Preparation of grafts under sterile conditions.
• Maintenance of aseptic techniques including autoclave, fumigation, and zero-spore sterilisation protocols.
• Handling surgical instruments (punches, forceps, implanters) with precision.
• Monitoring patient vitals during procedure under supervision.
• Documentation of procedure details in patient records.
• Medicolegal & Compliance DutiesEnsure informed consent is obtained and documented before procedures.
• Maintain patient confidentiality as per medical ethics and law.
• Adhere to Karnataka Private Medical Establishment (KPME) and National Medical Council (NMC) guidelines.
• Report adverse events or complications immediately to the surgeon.
• Follow biomedical waste management rules.
• Additional ExpectationsGood communication skills to reassure patients.
• Ability to work in a team with surgeons and nurses.
• Willingness to undergo periodic training in advanced transplantation techniques (PRP, GFC, etc.).
• Uphold professional conduct and ethical standards at all times.
