Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru

Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Friday

• Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage the housekeeping team and daily cleaning activities.
• Allocate duties and monitor staff attendance and performance.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene across resident rooms, common areas, corridors, bathrooms and facility premises.
• Maintain housekeeping checklists, cleaning schedules and daily reports.
• Ensure proper use and availability of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Monitor hygiene standards and ensure company SOPs are followed.
• Coordinate with the Operations/GM team regarding housekeeping requirements and issues.
• Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety and hygiene standards.
• Inspect completed work and ensure corrective action where required.
• Maintain proper inventory of housekeeping consumables and report shortages.
• Handle resident/attender housekeeping-related complaints professionally.
• Ensure housekeeping staff follow uniform, grooming and workplace discipline standards.
• EligibilityMinimum 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a hospital, senior care, hotel or healthcare facility.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Ability to manage housekeeping staff and maintain high hygiene standards.
• Basic knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, equipment and safety procedures.

Salary & Benefits₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.

Working Days: Monday to Thursday + Saturday & Sunday

Weekly Off: Friday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
