Job Description

Job Title: HR & Admin Executive

Job Summary:

We are hiring an HR & Admin Executive to manage daily HR operations along with office administration activities. The candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and capable of handling recruitment, employee coordination, and admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
  • Maintain employee records and HR documents
  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
  • Address employee queries and basic HR compliance
  • Manage office administration and facility coordination
  • Handle Office supplies and asset records
  • Coordinate Meetings and internal events

Requirements:

  • Graduate / MBA in HR or related field
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes
  • MS Office / Google Sheets knowledge required

Preferred: Immediate joiner
