Job Description
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into successful student enrollments. Your primary focus will be on guiding prospective learners through the admissions process, addressing their concerns, and closing sales through personalized consultation.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries from prospective students
- Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs (MBA, PG, Executive Courses)
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups in the CRM
- Coordinate with the marketing and counseling teams for campaign insights and improvements
- Build lasting relationships by delivering excellent customer experience
