Interior AutoCAD & 3D Visualizer & Draftsman

We are looking for a proactive AutoCAD 2D & 3D Designer / Site Coordinator who will manage end-to-end design execution, combining both office drafting and active site work. The role involves visiting project sites to take precise on-site measurements, creating initial 2D floor plans in AutoCAD based on client requirements, and developing 2 to 4 realistic 3D visual options upon floor plan approval. Once the 3D designs are finalised with the client, the candidate will prepare complete technical and detailed working drawings in AutoCAD. This is a hybrid dynamic role (not a 100% desk job); when drafting and 3D visualisation tasks are active, work will be office-based, while the remaining time involves mandatory site visits, work coordination, and on-site supervision. Candidates must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for local site visits across Bangalore, and must be willing to handle occasional outstation travel for site measurements and project coordination via public/provided local transportation.
