Interior Site Incharge

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive / Interior Site Incharge with experience in commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site execution, handling billing processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for interior and finishing works including painting, waterproofing, and related activities
• Supervise and manage on-site workforce, including painters and contractors
• Ensure timely execution of projects as per defined quality standards and timelines
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless project delivery
• Handle site-level billing, BOQ preparation, cost tracking, and documentation
• Address client concerns promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement work schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies at project sites
• Identify and resolve operational challenges effectively

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in commercial interior fit-out projects
• Hands-on experience in construction/site billing and BOQ management
• Strong knowledge of finishing works such as painting, polishing, and waterproofing
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams efficiently
• Must own a two-wheeler for site visits
