- Key Responsibilities
- Handle inboundcalls from international customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.
- Resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
- Accurately update customer information and interactions in CRM.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- RequirementsExcellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in night/rotational shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge.
