  • Good communication skills Generate leads for residential flats/apartments.
  • Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
  • Understand customers’ budget and requirements.
  • Explain project details, pricing, amenities, location, and payment plans.
  • Arrange and conduct site visits.
  • Follow up with interested customers.
