Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inside Sales, Marketing & Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, communicating with customers, promoting company products, following up on enquiries, and providing excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales
* Handle incoming customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
* Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
* Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
* Convert leads into sales and 'chieve monthly sales targets.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
* Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
