Job Description
Designation- Trainee Operations
📍 Location: Autopilot Offices, BTM Layout, Bengaluru
💰 Salary: ₹22,000–23,000 In-Hand
💼 Experience: Minimum 1 Year
🎓 Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Experienced Candidates Only)
🕐 Shift: Rotational
- Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with pantry staff for daily requirements.
- Handle vendor coordination and follow-ups.
- Support day-to-day facility and admin operations.
- Prepare and maintain basic MIS reports.
- Handle basic Excel work and data updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for operational requirements.
- RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in Operations / Admin / Facility / MIS.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of operational processes.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
