Picker / Packer

Job Summary:

Responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining warehouse organization and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick products from inventory based on order lists.
• Pack items securely and label shipments correctly.
• Inspect products for quality and damage before dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Keep work area clean and follow safety procedures.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (as required).
• Basic reading and counting skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
