Quantity Surveyor Job Description – Construction Company
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, billing, cost control, and coordination of project-related commercial activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
Quantity take-off from drawings
Prepare client and subcontractor bills
Verify site measurements and work progress
Perform rate analysis and cost estimation
Track material consumption and reconciliation
Coordinate with site engineers and vendors
Prepare tender and quotation documents
Monitor project costs and budget
Handle variation and extra item calculations
Maintain billing and project records
