Job Description
We are looking for a smart, friendly, and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations at our Laptop Store. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and guide them with product and service information.
- Attend to calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist in showcasing laptops, accessories, and ongoing promotions.
- Handle billing, payments, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Maintain visitor records, stock entry details, and invoices.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and technical teams.
- Manage appointment scheduling for repairs and product demonstrations.
- Ensure the front desk area is well-organized and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Customer-focused with polite and professional behavior.
