Sales and Marketing Executive

MP Enterprises — Premium Decorative Finishes, Bangalore

MP Enterprises is Bangalore's premium lime plaster and decorative finishes company, working with architects, interior designers, and luxury homeowners across South India.

We're hiring a field-based Marketing Executive to meet clients on-site, present samples, close projects, and oversee execution quality once work begins.

What you'll do

• Visit architects, designers, and homeowners on-site with material samples to present and pitch finishes
• Take accurate site measurements (sqft area, wall/floor condition) for quotation and project planning
• Follow up on-site visits to close projects and convert sample presentations into signed work orders
• Coordinate with the Lead Coordinator to plan daily visit schedules based on inbound leads
• Oversee ongoing project sites — monitor execution quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
• Liaise between the client and the application/execution team to resolve on-site issues quickly
• Report daily visit outcomes and site updates to the founder

Who we're looking for

• 1-3+ years in field sales, business development, or site coordination (interior design/construction/real estate background strongly preferred)
• Comfortable traveling across Bangalore daily — own two-wheeler and valid driving license required
• Confident, presentable, and persuasive in face-to-face client interactions
• Basic comfort reading site layouts/measurements and working with numbers
• Based in Bangalore

Role Details

Base Salary: ₹25,000 - 30,000/month (based on experience)

Commission: 1–2% of closed project value, paid on confirmed work orders

Travel: Fuel/travel allowance for site visits, in addition to base + commission

Working days: 6 days week — Sunday off(flexible around client/site availability)

Timings: Typically 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, field-based and adjusted around site/client schedules

Location: Field-based across Bangalore, reporting to the office in HSR
