Job Description
Customer Engagement: Greet visitors, listen to preferences, and match buyers with suitable vehicles.
Product Demonstration: Explain car specs, features, and safety ratings, and lead test drives.
Sales Negotiation: Discuss pricing, trade-ins, warranties, and financing packages.
Administrative Tasks: Complete sales contracts, record data in CRM systems, and coordinate vehicle delivery.
Post-Sale Follow-Up: Call buyers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships for referrals
