  • Coordinate onboarding, joining formalities and documentation
  • Maintain attendance, leave and employee databases
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts/payroll team
  • Handle employee queries and HR-related support
  • Manage exit formalities and full & final documentation
  • Support HR policies, compliance and audits
