Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and execution-oriented HR Manager who can lead end-to-end HR operations while partnering with leadership to scale the organization. The ideal candidate should be capable of hiring quality talent, implementing HR systems, strengthening company culture, driving SOP compliance, and building performance management frameworks.

This is not a routine HR role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and builds systems that support business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesTalent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment from manpower planning to onboarding.
• Prepare job descriptions and hiring plans.
• Source candidates through multiple channels.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closures.
• Build and maintain a strong hiring pipeline.
• HR OperationsDevelop and improve HR policies and processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Performance ManagementDevelop KRAs and KPIs for different roles.
• Manage probation, quarterly, and annual performance reviews.
• Support managers in handling performance improvement plans (PIPs).
• Track employee productivity and performance metrics.
• SOP & Process ImplementationImplement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct compliance audits and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with department heads to ensure process discipline.
• Build accountability mechanisms across teams.
• Culture & Employee EngagementDrive employee engagement initiatives.
• Embed company values into hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
• Resolve employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
• Foster a positive, performance-driven work culture.
• HR Reporting & AnalyticsPrepare HR dashboards and MIS reports.
• Track recruitment, attrition, attendance, performance, and compliance metrics.
• Present HR insights and recommendations to management.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Manager roles.
• Strong experience in recruitment, HR operations, performance management, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRMS/HRIS tools is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
