Job Description

Site supervisor. to manage and oversee granite application and installation.

Daily Labour Tracking: Protocols for daily briefing, assigning skilled masons to complex tasks (like miter joints), and managing helper ratios.

Productivity Benchmarks: Specific targets per shift to keep the project on track and minimize material handling delays.

Technical Quality Control: Comprehensive checklists covering dry-laying, mortar ratios, 100% back-coverage, vertical mechanical anchoring, and hollow-sound tests.

Progress Log: A built-in daily tracking table to monitor target vs. actual square
