Job Description
1. Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
2. Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
3. Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative content ideas, end to end calendar.
4. Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customers, product goals, and all other aspects of the service.
5. Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly
6. Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
7. Learn and become proficient in internal software systems.
8. Assist in creating performance reports.
9. Manage end-to-end influencer marketing and collaborations by coordinating content briefs and tracking results.
10. Track the overall performance and keep track of follower growth
