Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in rehabilitation and long-term care settings.
- Monitor patient health, record vital signs, and report changes in condition.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist physicians and healthcare teams during procedures and patient assessments.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality standards.
- Provide health education and support to patients and caregivers.
- Handle emergency situations effectively and ensure patient safety.
