Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to connect with potential patients, explain our hair restoration services, and schedule appointments to generate walk-ins for the clinic. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert enquiries into consultations.

Key Responsibilities

Call leads generated through social media, website, WhatsApp, and other marketing campaigns.

Understand the patient's hair concerns and explain suitable treatments.

Convince prospective patients to book a free consultation and visit the clinic.

Follow up regularly with interested leads until they visit the clinic.

Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow-ups in the CRM or Excel.

Confirm appointments and remind patients before their scheduled visit.

Handle inbound enquiries professionally and answer basic questions about treatments.

Achieve daily and monthly walk-in and appointment targets.

Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (healthcare experience is an advantage).

Good communication skills in Kannada (mandatory). Knowledge of English, Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu is an added advantage.

Basic computer knowledge and CRM/Excel skills.

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
