Position: Experienced Telecaller

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Job SummaryBelvaa Senior Care is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Telecaller to handle enquiries, follow up with prospective clients and their families, explain our senior care services, and support admissions and conversions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients and families.
• Explain Belvaa Senior Care services, facilities, packages, and admission process.
• Follow up consistently with leads and enquiries.
• Convert enquiries into appointments, facility visits, and admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for client requirements.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
• Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and their families.
• Provide daily/weekly updates on lead status and conversions.
• Requirements2+ years of relevant telecalling/customer service/sales experience preferred.
• Fluent English, Hindi, and Kannada – mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/basic computer applications.
• Experience in healthcare, senior care, hospitals, hospitality, or service industries will be an advantage.
• Comfortable working with targets and performance-based responsibilities.
