Position: Telecaller

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Job SummaryBelvaa Senior Care is looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle enquiries, follow up with prospective clients, explain our senior care services, and coordinate appointments and visits.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing calls from prospective clients and families.
• Explain Belvaa Senior Care’s services, facilities, packages, and admission process.
• Follow up regularly with leads and convert enquiries into visits/admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams regarding client requirements.
• Respond professionally to customer questions and concerns.
• Maintain regular follow-up until the enquiry is successfully closed.
• Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.
• Provide a positive and professional experience to families and clients.
• Mandatory RequirementsFluent English, Hindi, and Kannada – mandatory.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and polite telephone manner.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain enquiry records.
• Previous experience in telecalling, healthcare, senior care, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
• Candidates should be comfortable working with targets and regular follow-ups.
• Preferred CandidateExperience in healthcare, hospitals, senior care, hospitality, or sales.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate sensitively with senior citizens and their families.
• Positive attitude and strong follow-up skills.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
