Job SummaryWe are looking for a Test Ride Executive to manage and coordinate test rides for customers visiting our two-wheeler showroom. The candidate will be responsible for explaining the test ride process, ensuring customer safety, providing a good riding experience, and supporting the sales team in converting test rides into bookings.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain the features and benefits of the motorcycle/scooter before the test ride.
• Coordinate and conduct test rides as per company safety procedures.
• Verify customer documents and eligibility before allowing a test ride.
• Ensure customers follow all traffic and safety regulations.
• Check the test ride vehicle before and after every ride.
• Maintain proper records of test rides and customer details.
• Follow up with customers after the test ride and coordinate with the Sales Executive.
• Ensure test ride vehicles are clean, fuelled/charged and ready for customers.
• Report any damage, technical issue or accident immediately to the concerned manager.
• Support the sales team in generating bookings and sales leads.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach at all times.
• Candidate RequirementsQualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in automobile/two-wheeler showroom preferred.
• Must have a valid two-wheeler driving licence.
• Good knowledge of riding and basic understanding of two-wheelers.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of English, Hindi and/or Kannada preferred.
• Should be energetic, confident and customer-friendly.
• Should be willing to work on weekends and holidays as per showroom requirements.
