About the Role: We are looking for a polite, energetic, and customer-oriented Waitress to join our hospitality team. You will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an excellent dining experience by taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages promptly, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting Guests: Welcome customers warmly as they arrive and guide them to their tables.
- Taking Orders: Present menus, answer questions about the food and beverages, and take accurate orders.
- Serving Food: Deliver food and drinks to tables efficiently and ensure orders are correct.
- Table Management: Set up tables before guests arrive, clear dishes after meals, and clean tables for the next guests.
- Customer Service: Check in with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any requests or complaints politely.
Requirements:
- Minimum Education: 10th pass or below.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; past experience in a food establishment is a plus.
- Language: Basic English speaking skills are required.
- Skills: Good communication, ability to stay on your feet for long shifts, and a friendly attitude.
