- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of business applications.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Provide timely updates and clear communication to stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution progress.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation Anywhere.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language).
- Strong problem-solving abilities to analyze and resolve complex software issues.
- Familiarity with automation workflows and scripting to optimize support tasks.
- Ability to work with monitoring tools to detect and respond to system anomalies.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members.
