Digital Finanace Functional - Executive

Strategic:

•Create value-driven market offerings by integrating the latest ERP features with strategic finance initiatives, thereby driving process improvement and client satisfaction.
•Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to identify customer needs and opportunities, enhancing business development efforts and supporting pre-sales activities.
•Analyze industry-specific challenges within sectors like Insurance, Banking, and Capital Markets, crafting tailored finance solutions that align with evolving market trends and customer expectations.

Client Interactions:

•Act as a strategic advisor to client leadership, guiding them through the intricacies of ERP implementation and transformation to achieve operational excellence.
•Facilitate dynamic engagement sessions that illustrate ERP capabilities and solutions tailored to client requirements, driving user adoption and positive business outcomes.

Provide ongoing support and insights to clients about ERP systems, ensuring they leverage the full scope of system functionalities to meet and exceed financial goals.

Operational:

•
•Lead the execution of comprehensive finance transformation programs, engaging with CFO offices to establish clear objectives, milestones, and performance metrics.
•Collaborate effectively across project teams to streamline core finance processes such as Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay, leveraging methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
•Manage system configurations and customizations in leading ERP solutions such as Oracle, SAP, and Dynamics 365 to align with organizational needs and regulatory requirements.

Functional:

•
•Conduct thorough client workshops and interviews to gather detailed business requirements, applying them to develop sophisticated functional specifications that improve ERP utilization.
•Utilize tools like Oracle, SAP, and Dynamics 365 to maintain project timelines and ensure deliverables are met without compromising quality.
•Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and User Manuals, ensuring clarity and accessibility for end-users.

Mandatory  technical & functional skills
Understanding of core finance processes like Record-to-Report and Order-to-Cash.
Experience with ERP solutions such as Oracle/SAP/D365, with strong fundamentals in finance business processes.
Knowledge of GAAP and the ability to apply it effectively (knowledge of IFRS and other GAAPs is considered a plus)
Understanding project management principles and experience in supporting ERP project timelines and deliverables.
Strong experience in eliciting, documenting, and analyzing client requirements, translating business needs into clear functional specifications.

Preferred technical & functional skills 
Practical experience working with agile methodologies.
Experience of working as a team member in finance transformation projects across the phases from assessment, design through to implementation and benefits realization.
Previous collaboration with clients from the finance services industry, specifically in Insurance, Banking, or Capital Markets.
