Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves providing comprehensive engineering support by developing and implementing technical solutions that address complex challenges. This role requires working collaboratively across various engineering disciplines, including structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. The practitioner actively contributes to problem-solving efforts that align with business goals, ensuring that engineering services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Engaging with multiple teams and managing technical aspects throughout the project lifecycle are key components of the daily routine, fostering innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of engineering activities to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Support junior professionals by guiding their development and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in A&D Defense, Manufacturing Strategy and Planning, Metals, Airbus Configuration Tools.
- Good To Have Skills: Manufacturing Strategy and Planning, Metals, Airbus Configuration Tools.
- Strong expertise in structural and stress analysis within aerospace and defense contexts.
- Experience in configuration management and technical documentation processes.
- Ability to apply scientific and socio-economic principles to engineering problem-solving.
- Familiarity with qualification procedures and standards relevant to aerospace engineering.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in A&D Defense.
- This position is based at our BDC4U - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
