Summary:
As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves engaging with various stakeholders to provide expert consulting on complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. The role includes evaluating different platform options, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, and leveraging value drivers to enhance technology investments. Additionally, the advisor develops and implements innovative technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends. Collaboration across teams and continuous assessment of emerging technologies are integral parts of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align platform initiatives with business objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing architectures and service models related to Platform as a Service.
- Experience in evaluating and selecting technology platforms based on business needs and cost considerations.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and secure platform solutions that support enterprise transformation.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect diverse technology platforms effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess technology value levers and optimize platform performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
