Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration challenges. This role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating them into practical technology and business solutions. The day often includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping out customer journeys, and designing functional and application frameworks that align with business objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions meet the intended business needs is a key aspect of the daily workflow, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during integration projects.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
- Experience with designing and implementing integration solutions using cloud-based platforms.
- Strong understanding of API management, messaging protocols, and data transformation techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with security standards and compliance requirements related to system integration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
